  • Content Explanation

The program contents were defined according to the set of objectives and skills that the curricular unit intends to develop, namely in identifying individual and group/social variables that influence organizational dynamics and consequently result in organizational well-being and productivity.

  • Methodology Explanation

The teaching methodologies are in coherence with the curricular unit's objectives, as they were selected to guarantee this adjustment. Indeed, the use of expository and interrogative methods of theoretical content and the stimulation of discussion about them allows students to acquire relevant theoretical knowledge and analyze the context. On the other hand, the active and cooperative methodologies allow students to train not only in their interpersonal skills but also in applying theoretical knowledge in practical exercises, bringing them closer to real contexts.
